Can-CARE Shipping Policy
- All sales are considered FINAL. All payments for confirmed order will need to be made within 3 working days otherwise it will be cancelled automatically.
- Orders cannot be cancelled. STRICTLY NO REFUND for any confirmed order cancellation.
- We strive to deliver your purchased product in the shortest time possible (estimated delivery time: either 3 – 5 working days or 10 – 21 working days, subject to stock availability). All orders are in processed as soon as the payment transaction is confirmed.
- All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier from Monday to Friday during working hours (excluding Public Holidays).
- To ensure prompt delivery, kindly provide us the accurate information such as delivery address and contact details (phone numbers and email address). Otherwise, it will affect the process of delivering your items to you.
- Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We are only accepting orders from Singapore and other Asia countries (Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, India, Myanmar, Cambodia)
- For Overseas Orders, Customs Duty and Tax are to be borne by customers.
- However, due to restriction and limitation, we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas :

- We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials.
- If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the carrier website to track the status of your shipment. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the order may be disposed after the stipulated time given. Therefore, Can-Care will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.
Note: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the arrangement of re-delivery. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred including re-delivery costs.
- If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation of order, please contact us for further assistance.
Can-CARE Exchange Policy

- All clearance-sale products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All items to be exchanged must fulfil the condition below:
- Each product on the original invoice can only be exchanged once
- Must enclose the original Can-Care invoice.
- Product(s) must be returned in the good condition. Unworn with their original packing, the tag & labels are intact with the product.
- The seals on item must be intact and unopened
2. If the price of the exchanged product is lower than the original price, the difference will not be refunded.
3. If the price of the exchanged product is higher than the original price, customer will be required to top up the balance.
